Path of Exile is cool, but WAAAY to complex for me with crafting and building etc. They've got tons of content though, with 2 dlcs available. Imo, Grim Dawn is really good, if not getting a little dated at this point. I pretty much only play ARPGS anymore, so I've tried most of them. This gives you the increased freedom to explore/tweak builds that POE offers, without the overwhelming 1000 node skill tree that is such a turnoff to new players. They can all be tweaked to fit your playstyle. A separate skill tree for every single attack/skill/spell.
I think they have some really cool ideas with they're skill trees. Having given up on POE, my options were starting to dwindle, that's why I picked up Last Epoch. I was pumped for D2R but it's already kinda faded on me. Multiplayer is not yet live, but if you play solo anyways it doesn't matter. It's still in early access, but it's dope already. For real, you should check out Last Epoch.
